Andy’s Griffith’s first movie “A Face in the Crowd” was filmed in Piggott.  The movie included stars such as Patricia Neal and Lee Remick.  Patricia Neal stayed in this room when she returned to Piggott for the 50 year celebration of the filming of the movie.
